Do you find it hard to do the things you should? Do you tend to postpone things that are challenging, new or difficult? Does this hinder you in living the life that you want? Would you like to get support in getting started doing the things you want or need to do? Then you might want to join our “Get Started”-group!
Not doing the things that are actually important to you, also called procrastination, can lead to guilty feelings, shame, stress and low productivity. The behavior can create negative consequences for your study, life and general well-being. The Student Counselling Service offers a support group, where students can help each other to “get started” and to break the vicious circle of procrastination.
The group is in English and group members might experience procrastination in relation to many different areas or themes in their lives. Some might feel the need to get started with their study, others might feel a need to start finding more friends, working out, joining organizations or reconnecting with hobbies.
The group meets every week at the Student Counselling Service in Copenhagen, Dronningens Tværgade 30, 2., on Mondays at 10:30-12:00. It is free of charge to be in the group.
