Get free professional help at the Student Counselling Service

How to contact us
Call us at 70 26 75 00. The line is open monday through thursday between 9 am. and 12 p.m. and again from 12.30-15 p.m. Friday between 9 a.m. and 13 p.m. If you call us between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. you will as soon as possible be contacted by one of our counsellors the same day at least the following day except for weekends. The counselling on the phone lasts approximately 15-20 minutes.

The counsellors
Our professional counsellors are psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers with psychotherapeutic education. All our counsellors have a wide theoretic knowledge and many years of experience wtih students on their way through their student life. The counsellors have professional secrecy.

The Student Counselling in Short
The Student Counselling offers free counselling and treatment to students attending Universities and University Colleges in Denmark.

The Student Counselling is an institution under The Ministry of Science, Innovation and Higher Education.

Where can you find us?

At the Student Counselling Service we help students in medium or long-term higher education programmes. Be aware that the Student Counselling Service does not help PhD students, students in open programmes, students of single diploma degrees.

 

STRESS

Stress can hit us all and it often does when we least expect it. In our new pamphlet Stress you can learn  how to change a negative stress pattern into better thoughts, feelings and good helath. Fear of exams is for those who experiences it often a wearing and time-consuming experience.
